I came to Z1 on my way to SEZ. Someone mentioned tuning so i was game. You helped tune my car on pump gas and then race gas friday night at like midnight or 1am. I cant remember. I think we hit 412 friday night after 20+ pulls. Then i said lets try again for 413 or whatever. Then you got happy and started tweaking my turbos and we came back the next day. What do you know we come back to the dyno and my car has smoke flingout out from every aspect of the car, dipstick is sticking 2 ft out and you just got a shit eating grinn on your face. The only thing that changed was you climbing under my car to do whatever you did to the turbos, so this is my fault?. Then you say "I still hold the record with 413rwhp." I guess thats all you had to say for my motor being fubared. But whatever, its fine. Its only costing a set of turbos and 6 pistons, labor for the block, resurfacing of the heads, a valve job, gasket sets and hundreds of other dollars from the rebuild and the countless hours i have invested in fixing my car. I mean its only money right? As a "tuner" you are, at what point do you say to a customer "This is enough." You are the tuner, you know when to stop. Hell even other Z1 employees say you dont know when to stop on the dyno. I dont mind taking partial blame in it because i didn't know when to stop. You never showed any bad signs or told me what was going on basically. I only seen numbers on a screen. A/F looked good so i assumed all else was going good. But whatever man, i dont mind taking partial responsibility for not saying "I want my car to last." I figured that was something Ash "The tuner" would have taken into consideration. Now i'm done with this today as i'm not going to waste my day away griping with Ash over my car that dont run right now. I would prefer Z1 would stop calling me on my cell phone and wasting my minutes if you have nothing nice to say. I would prefer you guys to stop sending me AOL msg's on my personal screen name if you have nothing nice to say. So far John is the only person that has a half way decent outlook on this and thus i dont mind talking to him on aol about cars, chicks and whatever else we joke about. John see ya soon man.
